North to South Trip @ "THE WONDERFUL BEGINNING"

Well well well... I can officially announce to everyone that I'm qualified enough to use anti-aging products after the month of January. ><

Due to the reason my birthday fell on few days before Chinese New Year so I decided take leave from 28th and go to Johor to visit my mother and grandma. I wanted to celebrate my 25th birthday with my family!

It would be an amazing trip to me as I will combine my birthday and Chinese New Year celebration together. Celebrate it all the way from Penang to Johor and Singapore. And the story of my North to South journey started on 28th of January, the day before my birthday.

A million thanks to Danny. I would not be able to have a road trip like this without the wonderful company of him. I have not much worries while every time he is beside me. Instead of using the highway, we spent our 3 hours time on the normal road towards Ipoh. Although by using the normal road, the time taken is slower but we enjoyed scenic view of the life style and small towns along the way. Parked the car at Ipoh, and continued our journey out bound towards Kuala Lumpur using the new express train service.

The new express train service is awesome as it only takes 2 hours and 15 mintues to reach Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Besides that, they provide movie inside the cabin so for the the whole trip from Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur, I don't even feel bored at all.

The thing I only ate in Kuala Lumpur is... NASI LEMAK!!! =.=' Had my nasi lemak at Restoran Darussalam and my sister said that the nasi lemak from this shop is quite famous.

And again, nasi lemak for breakfast the next morning at Village Park, Damansara Uptown. Okay... I'm gonna admit that this is the best nasi lemak I ever ate up to date. Crispy fried chicken and rice so fragrant infused with the sweetness of coconut milk. Mmmm MMmmm MMmmmm... makes me hungry as I'm writing this.
